I can receive, but I cannot send
I can send, but I cannot receive.
I can't send or receive
I still can't send or receive
I can receive Email from web based Email site,
but not from my Email
program
I can't receive my Email from my Email program AND
I can't receive my Email
from web based email site.
I can receive, but when sending Email, I get an error
"relaying denied,
check recipients"
I'm still having problems
I can receive, but I cannot send
Sending Email is handled from your ISP. If your account
has been working, but now sending does not, (but you CAN receive Email)
you may have an incorrect SMTP server setting (outgoing mail server
setting). Check your with your ISP and check your settings
and be sure they match.
I can send, but I cannot receive.
Check your settings. Also see if you can receive your email from a
web based Email site.
I can't send or receive
One way to test your email is to send a message to yourself, then
receive it. This tests your outgoing mail and your incoming mail.
If this doesn't work, be SURE you are connected to the Internet. Sometimes
it may appear your are connected, but you may not be. One way to test
this, is with your Browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) go to yahoo.com.
Then hit your Refresh or Reload. (This makes sure that what you are
seeing is a LIVE connection, not just a old page, stored in your computer
memory.)
I still can't send or receive
Try getting your Email from a web based email site, (We have a
link here)
You will need to know:
- your domain (yourwebsite.com)
- your Email Address
- your password
I can receive my Email from the web based Email site, but not from
my Email program
Your Email program is probably not set up correctly. Were you
able to send and receive before? if not, go to
First time Email setup. If you think
something has changed, or want to verify your settings, you can check
your settings here.
I can't receive Email from my Email program AND
I can't receive my Email from web
based email site.
Are you sure you have the right username and password? Does anyone
else at your company have this problem? Try having your company's
System Administrator check your settings.
